Training in Construction Safety ( 3 days)

Construction of a petrochemical/ oil refineries/ chemical/engineering/power plant project facilities involves various activities, which keep on changing every now and then. Today if there is plane land, tomorrow by morning we will find a big deep trench for laying pipeline or an electric cable. Construction activities involve working at height/ deep trenches, confines spaces, welding and gas cutting, temporary electrical supply, using huge cranes and earth moving equipments, handling of heavy materials, etc. In addition, people have to work for longer hours against all odds.

In the beginning stages of construction site, especially in remote areas, nothing is available. Therefore, hazards at construction site are numerous which, if not controlled at every stage and activity, may pose the danger to the contractor people. Construction Safety program is intended to eliminate/ prevent/control accidents/ incidents. The prevention programs a re wide-ranging and covers virtually every aspect of construction operations.  This course explains how to ensure your prevention program is designed and implemented to meet the requirements to avoid a catastrophic accident/ incident.
