JOB SAFETY/HAZARD ANALYSIS OR JSA/ JHA

How many times a company has encountered near-misses, injuries and worst, death of an employee(s) when given a task that he has either never done it before or have done it on a very infrequent basis?

We expect our employees to perform task where there is no procedure or are very critical in nature. When they are injured, the incident investigation reveals that there was no direction and/ or procedure to perform the task.

In this class, you will learn to recognize tasks that require a JSA/ JHA, how to write a JSA/ JHA, and disseminating the information to the employees assigned to the task.
